The best "SafeLists" can be found inside your TrafficHoopla account...

"SAFELISTs" are a form of marketing that most 'marketers' don't agree on...
Some will say they are effective, and many will say they are a waste of time.

Let me give you my opinion:
"SafeLists are a GREAT form of marketing! BUT, you MUST use them correctly!"

There are THOUSANDS of "safelists" on the internet...and MOST of them are complete JUNK!
Again, your "TrafficHoopla" account lists some really good ones...All of them are "Credit" based safelists:

YOU ONLY want to use "Credit" based safelists! This is VERY important!

What is a "credit" based safelist?
"Credit" based safelists, give people an incentive to open the email...
People earn 'credits' when they open an email, and then click on the link, that will credit them for
reading the email. "They" can then redeem these credits to send out more advertisements, or some safelists
will let you redeem 'credits' for cash!

A non-credit based 'safelist' gives NO incentive to people, thus there is VERY LITTLE chance Your email
will ever be opened.

NOW, how you set-up your "Safelist" accounts is VERY IMPORTANT!!!

YOU will need Two Email accounts with EVERY safelist you join!
1) Your "Contact" email address...
2) Your "List" email address...

READ THIS NEXT PART, VERY CAREFULLY!!!
DO NOT USE your regular or personal email address for the "LIST" email address!
You will receive THOUSANDS of emails...YOU do NOT want them in your regular email account!!!

Finding a good FREE email address, that is still accepted by "SafeLists" is getting harder and harder!
I personally use a Paid email service:

However, you can try these emails services below, which are FREE...But, you will need to "delete" your emails
on a regular basis, because 'bouncebacks' will lead to your "safelist" accounts being deleted, and it's a real
pain, having to re-join a bunch of safelists all the time!

Some "safelists" still allow Yahoo & Gmail email addresses...So, you can try those email services, as well.

Most "safelists" will have a list of 'banned' email services!
Be sure to check to see if your email service is on their list!

Now, let's get you started with your First "SafeList"...

- STEP #1 -
Log into your "Traffic Hoopla" account, and click on the "3rd - Join List" link.

Click on the "GotSafelist" link...

Click on the "Join Free!" button, and then choose "Free Membership" from the drop down area.

Scroll down, and click on the "I want to get my FREE account & 5,000 credits NOW!" link.

Fill out the "Join" form...REMEMBER to NOT use your personal email account for the "Safelist Email Address"!

You will have to confirm BOTH email addresses, that you entered.

Once confirmed, you can log into your GotSafelist account.

After you log in...A page will come up, trying to sell you something...
You do NOT need to buy anything to use their service,
the link to "Click here to continue to GOT Safelist Member's Backoffice" is VERY SMALL, and is right under their logo.
You can also wait a few seconds, and you will automatically be taken to the backoffice, too.

Once in your 'Backoffice'...click on the "Getting Started" button, and then choose the "How To Get Started" from the
drop down area.

Follow those instructions to the letter!

Next, post an ad...Simply follow the instructions at the GotSafelist site to do this.

Log into Your "TrafficHoopla" account, and join ALL of the safelists on the "3rd - Join List" page...
